BROCCOLI EGG DINNER 
1 bag (16 oz.) frozen broccoli, cooked & drained
4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1 can (11 oz.) Cheddar cheese soup
1/3 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

TOPPING:

1/4 c. ground Ritz or butter crackers, crushed
2 tbsp. melted butter

Arrange broccoli in 10 x 6 x 2 inch buttered dish. Lay sliced eggs over broccoli, sprinkle with salt and pepper. In saucepan, blend undiluted soup with milk. Heat and stir until smooth. Pour sauce over casserole ingredients. Combine crushed crackers with butter and sprinkle on top. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
