STARLA'S HAMBURGER MAC
Makes a lot!!

1 box macaroni and cheese dinner (Kraft)
1 lb. ground beef, crumbled, cooked and drained
1 small onion, peeled and chopped
1 small red pepper, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
2 tsp. garlic, minced
5 cheese slices
1/4 cup milk
2 tbsp. ketchup (Hunts)
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. (1/4 stick) butter
2 eggs
2 tbsp. Romano Cheese
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

SEASONINGS:

2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. sage
2 tsp. onion salt
2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. basil
2 tsp. parsley flakes
2 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. marjoram
2 tsp. celery salt
2 tsp. tarragon

Prepare the macaroni and cheese dinner as directed on the package.

Chop up onion, red pepper, green pepper, celery and tomato. Mince up garlic. Add all of the remaining ingredients in a large bowl and stir it all up well.

Place the ground beef in a large skillet and then add in remaining ingredients from the bowl.

Cook the mixture on medium heat until the ground beef is no longer pink and the vegetables are all soft. Stir it often while it is cooking.

Once the macaroni and cheese is cooked and drained well, add it to the skillet with the ground beef mixture and stir it all up well. Heat it for 2 more minutes, making sure all of the cheese is melted well and the vegetables are all tender.

Variations: Can be also made with chicken, ground chicken, ground pork, turkey, ground turkey, spam, hot dogs, pork, tuna, ground elk, ground deer or sausage instead of the ground beef if you'd like to do so.

Good Grief: would take the entire grocery store to prepare this - but thankfully - I have it all. Will fix the mac & cheese & downsize rest of ingredients. Will probably be great. Thank you for submitting.
