PASSOVER FRUIT COMPOTE 
1 lb. mixed dried fruit
1/2 sm. lemon, thinly sliced
1/2 c. honey
3 c. sweet Concord grape wine

Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil; lower heat and cover. Simmer 30-35 minutes or until fruit is tender. Cool and chill before serving time. Serves 6.
