BAKED FRUIT COMPOTE 
1 lg. can peach halves
1 lg. can pitted apricots
1 lg. can pineapple chunks
1 lg. can pear halves
1 c. strawberries (fresh or frozen)

Place fruit (drained) in large casserole in layers. Sprinkle each layer with brown sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice. Dot with butter. Bake 45 minutes at 350.

Mix: 1/3 c. cornstarch

Add to baked fruit. Return to oven for 15 minutes more. Serve warm. May be prepared in advance. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Reheat at 350 degrees.
