BREADED BAKED CHICKEN 
2 c. French bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 to 2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 to 1 tsp. pepper
3 whole chicken breasts, halved and skinned
1/2 c. butter, melted

Combine bread crumbs, cheese, garlic salt, and pepper. Dip chicken in butter; then dredge in bread crumb mixture. Place in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan; sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. Yield: 6 servings.
