BREAD CRUMB COATING FOR OVEN
BAKED CHICKEN
 
2 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 c. vegetable oil

Mix all dry ingredients well. Add vegetable oil and mix well again. Extra bread crumb mixture can be stored in a jar in refrigerator as long as chicken hasn't been in it.

To use coating: Wash and skin chicken pieces. Dip chicken moistened with water in coating, arrange on foil line cookie sheet.

Bake at 350°F for 45 to 60 minutes.
