BROCCOLI WITH RICE AND CHEESE 
1/2 c. regular rice or 1 c. instant rice
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 to 1 c. cheese whiz, Velveeta or grated Cheddar cheese
10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli

Cook rice. In skillet saute celery and onion in butter. Add soup and cheese. Stir until cheese melted. Mix with broccoli and rice. Place in buttered casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
