CHICKEN VEGETABLE BAKE 
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
2 c. cooled chicken pieces (I use chicken breasts)
1 pkg. frozen broccoli and cauliflower, thawed and well drained
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can French fried onion rings
1 can mushrooms

Combine soup, milk, salt, chicken, vegetables, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can French fried onion rings. Spread mixture into a greased 8x12 inch baking dish. Spread remainder of cheese and onion rings on top and bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
