BAKED CHICKEN AND VEGETABLES 
Chicken breasts
Flour
1 tbsp. oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can peas
1 bay leaf
1 jar onions, drained
Mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 c. sliced celery
6 lettuce leaves

Cut chicken breasts in half and remove fat. Rub with flour. Heat oil in deep skillet (with oven proof handle). Brown chicken in oil. Mix in garlic, spread peas, mushrooms, onions, parsley and celery over chicken. Place the bay leaf in the pan and cover with all the lettuce leaves. Bake in a 350 degree oven 35 minutes or until tender.
