BAKED CHICKEN AND CHEESE 
4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 c. croutons
Swiss cheese, sliced
1 can creamed soup
Optional: 1 c. frozen, diced hash browns
Optional: 1 c. frozen vegetables (any variety)

Place chicken breasts in shallow greased baking pan in single layer. Sprinkle with croutons and cover with Swiss cheese slices. Dilute cream soup with 1/2 can milk or water and pour over meat and croutons. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 1 hour or until chicken is tender.

Optional: Potatoes or vegetables should be added with croutons. Serves 4.

Great recipe as it stands. However (there's always a "however") I kicked it up a notch. I added fresh mushrooms, 2 chopped green onions and used Campbell's cream of mushroom with roasted garlic. Great recipe when you are looking for something quick and tasty. Thank you for posting. Cooks.com is the best!!!
