BAKED CHICKEN AND CHEESE 
5 to 6 pieces boneless chicken breast
2 bags success rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese slices
Garlic powder, salt, pepper, milk

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brown chicken breast in frying pan until lightly browned. Cook rice according to directions. Mix soup and 1/2 can of milk. Place rice in casserole dish, place chicken on top of rice, season with salt, pepper and garlic powder, pour soup mixture over chicken and place cheese slices over all. Bake at about 400 degrees until cheese begins to brown lightly.
