PORK MEDALLIONS WITH SPICY ORANGE-SESAME SAUCE | |
1 lb pork tenderloin, cut into 8 slices 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 cup orange marmalade 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar 1 tbsp bottled minced garlic 2 tsp dark sesame oil 3/4 tsp. red pepper flakes 1 tsp olive oil 4 green onions, sliced diagonally 1 tsp sesame seeds 4 servings sticky white rice Sprinkle pork slices with salt. Combine next 5 ingredients in bowl. Stir until smooth. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork, cook 1-1/2 min each side. Add marmalade mix, simmer 10 minutes.
