PORK CHOPS WITH ORANGE SAUCE 
6 pork chops (1-inch thick)
1 (6 oz.) can orange juice concentrate
2/3 cup water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 or 3 onions, sliced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. ginger
pepper, to taste

Brown chops in oil in heavy skillet. Combine orange juice, water and lemon juice and pour over chops. Cover with sliced onions. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over chops and liquid. Cover and bake at 350°F for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until pork chops are tender.

Variation: Cut onions into thick slices and place on top of each chop.

Makes 6 servings.
