NO-BAKE BREAKFAST BARS 
5 c. "O-Shaped" toasted oat cereal
1 c. blanched slivered almonds
1/4 c. wheat germ
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. honey
3 tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar

Combine cereal, nuts and wheat germ in large bowl. Combine butter, honey and brown sugar in a 2-quart saucepan. Bring to a full rolling boil over medium-high heat.

Reduce heat; boil over medium heat 2 minutes. Immediately pour over cereal mixture, mixing until cereal is well coated. Press firmly into lightly greased 13x9 baking pan. Chill several hours or until firm. Cut into bars. Store covered with foil in refrigerator.
