BAKED FUDGE BARS 
BARS:

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
4 sq. Baker's unsweetened chocolate
2/3 c butter
1/4 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
Walnuts, optional

FROSTING:

4 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. hot coffee (or water)
8 heaping tsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. powdered sugar

Melt 4 squares chocolate, 2/3 cup butter and 1/4 cup milk. Cool.

Beat well 4 eggs, 2 cups sugar. Add chocolate mixture. Then add 1 cup flour, vanilla and nuts (optional). Bake in 9x13 pan at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

Frosting: Mix butter, coffee, cocoa and vanilla. Add powdered sugar until right consistency to spread. Frost bars while warm.

Delicious! Fast and easy prep. A huge hit with the whole family. Very rich, dense brownie like texture. I did make a slight change due to the ingredients I had on hand. I substituted 1 tbsp. bakers cocoa powder and 1 tbsp. butter for each square of bakers chocolate, and it turned out beautifully.
