APPLE CABBAGE 
1 head cabbage
1 red apple, cored, sliced
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. lemon juice

Cut cabbage into 6 wedges. Cook in small amount of salted boiling water for 5 minutes. Add apple. Cook 3 minutes. Drain. Combine remaining ingredients. Heat through. Pour on cabbage. Serves 6.
