CHEESY HASH BROWN POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns (thaw 30 minutes)
1 diced onion
1 lb. sour cream
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 tsp. salt

Combine hash browns with rest of ingredients. Mix well. Put into 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 8-10.
