60 MINUTE YEAST ROLLS 
3 1/2 to 4 1/2 c. flour
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 pkg. active dry yeast
1/2 c. water
1 c. milk
1/4 c. butter

In large bowl, mix 1 1/2 cups flour, sugar, salt and yeast. Combine water, milk and butter. Heat over low heat until very warm, 120°F to 130°F. Add to dry ingredients "slowly." Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Add 1/2 cup flour; beat 2 minutes at high speed. Stir in additional flour to make soft dough.

Turn onto floured surface and knead dough until smooth, 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl. Cover. Let rise 15 minutes. Divide and shape. Let rise 15 minutes.

Bake at 425°F for 12 minutes. Butter tops.
