YEAST ROLLS 
1 1/2 c. warm water
2 pkgs. yeast (1 oz.)
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
4 oz. powdered milk
4 1/2 c. plain flour
1/2 c. shortening

Dissolve yeast in 3/4 cup water. Add rest of water. Add half dry ingredients to mixture. Add shortening and rest of dry ingredients. Mix well. Put 1/4 cup oil in large mixing bowl. Pour in mix. Let rise until double in size. Cover with cloth before rising. Roll out and make into rolls, butter. Let rise again until double. Bake at 425 degrees until golden brown and done.
