GLAZED WALNUTS 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 lb. walnuts

Melt butter in 2 quarts container. Add brown sugar and cinnamon. Stir until dissolved in butter. Cook 2 minutes on high. Add walnuts. Stir into glaze. Cook 3-5 minutes on high. Spread on aluminum foil to cool.

I used this recipe, till we decided to cut out sugar... I now spread pecans or walnuts on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. I drizzle a natural honey all over nuts, baking at 350°F oven. Toss after 10 minutes, and bake another 15 minutes.. Remove and let cool completely.. Remove from parchment and used on salads, serve with cheese... Chop in food processor, coat goat cheese with honey, and roll in chopped nuts. Serve with french bread.. Enjoy
