CREAM CHEESE GLAZE FOR CARROT
WALNUT CAKE
 
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

In medium bowl, combine cream cheese, lemon juice and peel, and sugar. Beat until smooth. Spread glaze over warm cake, letting it run down side of cake. Sprinkle chopped walnuts around top edge of cake.
