MAPLE WALNUT ICE CREAM CAKE 
1 pt. maple walnut ice cream
1/2 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
2/3 c. water
1/2 c. chopped nuts (walnuts)
1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix

Soften ice cream and mix together with all the rest of the ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or until done in 9 x 13 inch pan.

FROSTING:

2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 tsp. maple flavoring
1/2 stick butter
Add milk to mix

Sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
