2 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. diced apple with peel
1/2 c. chopped salted peanuts
Surprise Dressing

SURPRISE DRESSING:

1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1/4 c. honey
1/2 c. mayonnaise

DRESSING: Blend ingredients. Also delicious over fruit or as a rich surprise flavor in cabbage and apple salads. Makes 1 cup.

SALAD: Toss ingredients together. Serves 4.
