SALMON PUFFS 
1 lg. can salmon
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs

Mix dry ingredients. Slowly add buttermilk and beaten eggs. Mix with crumbled salmon. Drop by teaspoons into deep fat. They will begin to puff as soon as they are in the hot fat. Fry until golden brown. Drain and place on paper towel. Makes about 15 puffs.
