SALMON PUFFS | |
15 1/2 oz. can salmon 1 egg 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 c. flour Drain salmon and reserve juice. Remove bones from salmon. Add egg to drained salmon. Break up salmon with a fork until gummy. Stir in flour and mix well. Add baking powder to juice and stir until mixture is foamy. Stir into salmon mixture. Blend and drip by teaspoonfuls in hot cooking oil. Fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towel. Makes approximately 24. |
