SALMON PUFFS 
1 lg. can salmon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 egg

Drain salmon, reserving liquid. Add soda to salmon liquid, mix well. Combine with all other ingredients.

Deep fry (within 15 minutes of adding baking soda), dropping by spoonful into hot oil. Cook 1-2 minutes or until brown. Watch closely

Makes 40 to 45 bite sized puffs.
