RICE PRIMAVERA 
2 1/2 c. (1/2 pkg.) Birds Eye frozen fresh broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. basil leaves
3/4 c. dry Minute Rice
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Place vegetable mixture in saucepan. Add milk, garlic salt and basil. Bring to a boil over high heat. Simmer 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in rice. Cover. Remove from heat and let stand 5 to 7 minutes. Stir in cheese. Makes 3 servings, 110 calories each.
