RAISIN SAUCE 
1/3 c. raisins
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. current jelly
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
Dash each: allspice and salt

Combine raisins, water, jelly, orange peel and orange juice in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add brown sugar, cornstarch, allspice and salt. Cook until thick. Excellent with ham.
