CALIFORNIA SPROUT SANDWICHES 
Whole wheat bread
Fresh bean sprouts (alfalfa is best)
Fresh tomatoes, sliced
Ripe avocado, peeled and sliced
Onions, thinly sliced
Mayonnaise
Salt and pepper

Spread bread with mayonnaise, use 3 slices per sandwich. Layer sprouts, avocado, tomato and onion throughout. Salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
