RAISIN/APPLE SAUCE 
1 c. apple juice (reserve 1 tbsp. to mix with cornstarch)
2-3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. raisins

Combine juice, sugar, and spices. Bring to boiling and stir in cornstarch mixed with reserved juice. Cook, stirring, about one minute or until slightly thickened. Stir in raisins.
