RAISIN SAUCE 
Good for Ham.

1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. raisins (more if liked)

Mix sugar, mustard, cornstarch. Add vinegar slowly. Then add lemon juice, water and raisins. Cook over low heat, while stirring, until thickened. Serve warm. Keeps very good.
