SLOPPY JOES FOR 40 TO 50 PEOPLE 
9 lbs. hamburger
2 lg. onions, chopped
4 1/2 tsp. pepper
6 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 tbsp. sugar
1 lg. can (#2 1/2) tomato juice
1 lg. can (#2 1/2) tomato sauce

Fry meat and onion well, drain off fat. Add all other ingredients. Cook slowly until thick. Best if put in oven and baked slow.
