PASTA WITH CAULIFLOWER 
2 1/2 lbs. pasta of your choice
2 onions
3 heads of cauliflower
2 1/2 c. olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Clean and separate cauliflower. Cook in large pot of boiling water. In large skillet, heat oil. When hot, saute onions. When cauliflower is tender, remove from water and set aside. Save the water. To the water, add 2 tablespoons salt and bring to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente.

In pan with onions, add drained cauliflower; saute with onions. Add salt and pepper to taste. When pasta is done, save some of the water, drain the rest. Put pasta back in the pan; add onions and cauliflower. Mix well. Use some of the water if pasta is too dry.
