CAULIFLOWER MARRANCA 
1 lb. mushrooms
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lg. head cauliflower in flower pieces
3 c. cooked brown rice
2 1/2 c. grated cheese of your choice
Butter
Basil
1 lemon, juiced
Fresh parsley
3 cloves garlic, crushed

Saute onions in butter and lemon juice. Saute cauliflower pieces with garlic, basil and parsley. Salt and butter the rice. Combine everything. Bake, covered, 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Yield 5-6 servings.
