CAULIFLOWER MARRANGA | |
1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 lb. sliced mushrooms 1 lg. onion, chopped 1 lg. head cauliflower, sliced into pieces 3 cloves of crushed garlic 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. basil (or more if desired) 3 c. cooked rice 2 1/2 c. grated SHARP cheddar cheese Saute' mushrooms and onions in butter with lemon juice. Add in cauliflower, garlic and seasonings. Mix the above mix with the cooked rice and the grated cheese. Place in casserole dish and bake covered for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. |
