HAM AND CAULIFLOWER SKILLET
DINNER
 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower with cheese sauce (or broccoli with cheese sauce)
1 c. diced cooked ham
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. parsley flakes
Toasted English muffins or cooked rice

Prepare frozen vegetable as directed on package. Meanwhile, saute in butter: ham, onion, and mushrooms until tender but not browned. Stir in hot vegetable and parsley flakes. Serve over toasted English muffins or cooked rice. Makes 2 servings.
