ONION-POTATO-HAM SKILLET 
2 tbsp. butter
2 med. onions, thinly sliced
4 med. potatoes, thinly sliced
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
4 slices cooked ham, 1/2 inch thick (about 1 1/2 lbs.)

Melt butter in large skillet and saute' onions over medium heat 5 minutes, or until golden, stirring occasionally. Stir in potatoes and broth, bring to boil. Cover and simmer 12 minutes or until potatoes are almost tender. Season with pepper and arrange ham slices on potatoes. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Makes 4 servings. Leftover ham works swell for this recipe.
