CABBAGE AU GRATIN 
3 lb. head cabbage
1/2 lb. shredded cheese (your choice)
1/3 c. melted butter
1 c. soda cracker crumbs
2 c. milk

Cut cabbage up and boil in salted water 8 to 10 minutes. Drain, add 2/3 of cheese and other ingredients, toss lightly. Pour into buttered dish and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Serves 6.
