CREAMED OR AU GRATIN CABBAGE 
1 head cabbage
1 c. med. white sauce
Grated cheese
Cracker crumbs

Shred cabbage, not too fine. Drop into rapidly boiling water, salted and cook until tender. Drain well. Put cabbage into a greased baking dish. Pour white sauce over and add grated cheese, mix slightly. Sprinkle crumbs over top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
