BROWN SUGAR SWEET POTATOES AND
SAUSAGE
 
2 (1 lb. ea.) pkgs. fresh sausage (your choice)
4 large sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Ring a large Dutch oven with the sausages and place the potatoes in the center. Lightly drizzle vegetable oil. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over the potatoes. Place chopped onions on top of the sausages.

Bake covered at 350°F, rotating periodically, for 45 minutes or until brown.

Remove lid and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
