REESE PEANUT BUTTER TARTS 
1 (10 oz.) Pillsbury Cookie Roll, any flavor
1 (14 oz.) Reese Miniature Peanut Butter Cups

Lightly grease miniature muffin pans. Cut cookie roll into 10 3/4 inch slices. Cut each slice into quarters. Shape into balls. Place in tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.

Remove from oven. Press peanut butter cups in warm dough. Cool slightly and remove from pan.

Note: Hershey's Kisses may also be used.

oh this is always a holiday treat BUT:
we use DARK chocolate Reese's
once we put the candy in the dough, we put it back in the oven to let it back for ~2 minutes
after letting these bad boys cool, we put them in the 'fridge to harden the dough and make it easier to remove them from the mini pans!
