RAISIN PUDDING CAKE | |
1 lg. pkg. yellow cake mix 1 (4-serving size) pkg. Jello instant pudding, lemon flavor 4 eggs 1 c. (1/2 pt.) sour cream 1/3 c. oil 1 c. chopped raisins Blend well. Beat 2 minutes. Pour into angel food cake pan (tube pan), well greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool 15 minutes; remove from pan. Glaze with powdered sugar icing. |
