EGG CUSTARD 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
4 eggs
2 c. homogenized milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 stick butter

Melt butter in pan. In separate bowl, mix sugar, flour and eggs. Beat well. Add milk and vanilla. Pour mixture over melted butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake at 350 degrees until custard sets.
