SOUR CREAM CHEESECAKE 
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. melted butter

Combine all ingredients and pat on bottom and 1/2 inch up sides of springform pan. 1/2 c. sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c. sour cream 1 lb. (2-8 oz. pkgs.) cream cheese, softened 2 tbsp. melted butter

Put first 4 ingredients into blender container. Cover and blend on high speed 15 to 30 seconds. With motor on, gradually add softened cream cheese and melted butter. Pour into pan. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until set in center. The filling will still be soft, but will firm up as it cools. Chill thoroughly before serving.
