SOUR CREAM CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. butter, melted

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together crumbs and sugar. Mix in butter thoroughly. Press mixture evenly in bottom of 9 inch springform pan. Bake 10 minutes. Cool. 12 oz. soft cream cheese 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. lemon juice or 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix and pour over crust. Bake 20 minutes. Remove from oven. Dust the top with cinnamon. Let cool to room temperature. 2 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/8 tsp. salt

Mix well and pour over cake. Bake at 425 degrees for 5 minutes to glaze the cheesecake. Let cool. Refrigerate 6-12 hours before serving.
