SOUR CREAM CHEESE CAKE 
2 tsp. sugar
6 tbsp. melted butter
18 crumbled graham crackers OR 1/3 c.

Mix well and place in baking dish 9x12x2 inch (glass). Pat crust all around and up sides.

FILLING:

3 (8 oz.) pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese
5 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

For filling: Cream the cheese well and add one egg at a time. Then add sugar little at a time and last vanilla. Pour mixture into crust and bake at 325 degrees. Let cake cool about 1/2 hour.

TOPPING:

1 pt. sour cream
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat together 3 ingredients until blended then spread over cake evenly. Bake for 5 minutes in very hot oven, 475 degrees. DO NOT OVER BAKE TOPPING. Chill and refrigerate.
