CREPES 
1 c. milk
3/4 c. flour
Pinch of salt
2 tsp. sugar
3 eggs
Oil as needed

Beat milk, flour, salt and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and blend. Heat small amount of oil in skillet until it sizzles. Add 1/4 cup batter to skillet, tipping it from side to side so entire bottom is covered with thin layer. When batter bubbles and is crisp around the edges, turn and brown the other side. Can be filled with apple or strawberry filling and rolled. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
