ALFREDO SAUCE 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. fettuccini noodles (or a fresh batch)

ALFREDO SAUCE:

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 clove minced garlic
1 pint heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. cream cheese
salt, and white ground pepper, to taste

Cook pasta to your liking.

Meanwhile, in a saucepan over medium heat - melt butter and add garlic and cook for two minutes.

Add in heavy cream and cream cheese. Heat until bubbly, but do not boil. Add in Parmesan cheese and mix cheese until it is melted smooth. Sprinkle in salt and pepper, to taste.

Mix the hot alfredo sauce into the noodles and serve.
