CREPES 
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
2 tbsp. butter

Beat together eggs, yolks and milk. Add wet mixture to flour, beating until smooth.

Melt butter in small skillet. Pour excess butter into batter and blend. Over medium low heat, pour just enough batter into pan to coat bottom. Rotate pan to spread batter. When edges of batter appear dry, flip crepe to cook other side. Remove to plate and fill with blueberry pie filling down center. Roll up and place seam side down on platter. Serve with bacon or sausage.
