LIGHT 'N TASTY CREPES | |
2 eggs 1 c. skim milk 1 c. flour 1 tbsp. vegetable oil Beat eggs and blend with other ingredients until smooth and just thick enough to coat spoon. If too thick, add a little more milk. Cover and let stand for 30 minutes. Heat a 5 to 6 inch frying pan. Oil lightly. Pour just enough batter into hot skillet to form a very thin layer, tilting pan so batter spreads evenly. Brown on one side, turn and brown on the other side. Fill with fresh strawberries and roll. |
